Tout Debord is a cold wave project based in Paris, founded by Leonid Diaghilev. The project's musical inspiration draws from Soviet new wave, French cold wave, and British post-punk. Tout Debord's debut full-length album 'Pensées Noires' (translated as 'Black Thoughts'), is out on his own label, Salle d'attente.
